Parent & Me (15 mo – 3 Y)

Our Parent & Me Program is a parent-assisted class that allows toddlers to explore the gym. As a toddler becomes more active and curious, our course will enable them to try new movements and body positions. The introduction of balancing, hanging, and new fine and gross motor skills, along with music and fun keep these little ones active, entertained and challenged.

As the child progresses in age, some structure is added to the class allowing the child to become comfortable in transitioning to a class alone.

Little Jumpers (4 Y – 5 Y)

This pre-school class is designed to provide a structured, nurturing environment to increase each child’s self-confidence, improve both gross and fine motor skills, while still having lots of fun.
